# Submit your university application documents securely

Upload your documents directly to the GTE team. Files are kept in GTE's private storage, not in a chat, and are only opened by the team handling your application.

**How it works**

1. Fill in your details and choose your level. The document checklist appears automatically.
2. Upload your documents one by one. A tick appears once each file is saved.
3. Press Finish, then confirm on GTE WhatsApp with your reference code.

**Document security**

- Files go into a private GTE folder and are never shared publicly.
- This page can only upload files. It cannot open or download documents.
- Documents are used only for your university, scholarship, and visa applications.
