Deposit refund terms
Main requirements
The entire university application process must go through GTE end-to-end. The deposit is forfeited if you apply independently or through another agent without GTE's permission.
Valid for 6 months from the first session. If you are not successful in the first intake, the contract can be extended to the next intake so you remain eligible for reimbursement.
Reimbursement claims apply to a maximum of 2 mentoring packages in total. If you are still not successful after 2 periods, further registrations are charged as a full, non-refundable service fee.
Funds are transferred once you officially depart to study abroad through GTE, whether self-funded or on a scholarship, with your student visa or LoA attached.

Claims must be made within 24 months of the class start date. After that, the funds are forfeited.
Departure may be deferred once, within the same 24-month limit.

Main requirements
One learning period and one departure within a single timeline. The IELTS class is intended for the nearest university intake agreed at the start.
If you don't reach your target IELTS score, you can take another GTE IELTS package and receive 50% CashBack on the second attempt, as long as you still depart to the destination university GTE helped you with.
University applications must be processed end-to-end through GTE's partnership channels, from the first consultation to the Letter of Acceptance. You may not apply independently or through another agency while the programme is running.
The deposit is released only if you officially depart to study abroad, self-funded or on a scholarship (fully or partially funded), as proven by valid departure documents.
Refund rules
Reimbursement applies to one departure per participant.
